Thom is an Addy Award winning designer. Like anyone, he loves diverse paper stock, great design and valid, accessable code. To drop him a line about possible projects, ideas, start-ups or obscure New Order songs, submit your request through the contact form and he'll get right back to you, promise.
Thom's first big break was as the Advertising Director for the world famous comedy club, Carolines on Broadway. It was during his time at Carolines that Thom refined his skills and worked hands-on with printers, advertisers and publishers. It wasn't long before comedians at the club took notice of his work and dispensed freelance employment of their own.
Thom enjoyed the freedom that freelance work allowed and soon left Carolines to pursue private ventures. However, following several months without health, dental, or reasonable working hours, he took on a full time Graphic Design position for The Kooper Group, a benefits consulting firm on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
The solid hours of the insurance industry allowed time to continue to take on an ever increasing influx of freelance design and photography work requests while still finding time to attend evening and online classes for one of his other great interests, aviation, at Vaughn College of Aeronautics at Laguardia Airport.
Seeking a change of scene and a sense of adventure, Thom relocated from Brooklyn to New Orleans, Louisiana in 2006. These day's he's been spending his time commuting by car, adjusting to life under Napoleonic Law, and searching for a decent slice. However, since Met's games are available online, things aren't really so different after all.
